Ethica Group assisted SOL Gas Primari in obtaining non-repayable benefits from the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy

Ethica Group, with the Debt Advisory team, assisted SOL Gas Primari S.r.l. in obtaining non-repayable benefits from the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy.

The company carries out the primary production activity of technical gases from air separation, carbon dioxide and hydrogen and is part of the SOL Group, leader in Italy in the sector of production and marketing of technical, industrial, pure, special and medicines, which employed more than 6,300 people in 2023 and recorded revenues of over €1.5 billion.

The benefits, consisting of a non-repayable contribution, were granted by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy under the Development Contracts Measure - Supply Chain Desk pursuant to the Ministerial Decree. 9 December 2014 and the Ministerial Decree. 11.05.2023.

The investment plan provides for the improvement of the production and distribution chain through the construction of two new factories on Italian territory.
