Ethica Group with ANJAC Health & Beauty Group in the acquisition of CDMO HCG (Health Chain Group)
Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, advised ANJAC Health & Beauty Group, a French industrial group with a turnover of approximately €800 million, specializing in the formulation and production of cosmetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and dietary supplements, in completing the acquisition of HCG (Health Chain Group), a Slovenian CDMO operating in the nutraceutical sector.
The transaction was carried out in collaboration with InterCapital, a member—along with Ethica Group—of the international partnership Mergers Alliance, that is a team of over 300 professionals in 26 countries, supporting its clients in extraordinary cross-border transactions thanks to its local presence, deep sector expertise, and solid market relationships and knowledge.
