Ethica Group with KLUBB Group in the acquisition of Isoli

Ethica Group, with the M&A Advisory team, has assisted KLUBB, European leader in the production of aerial work platforms for vehicles and trucks, backed by private equity fund Andera Partners since July 2021, in the acquisition of Isoli, Italian leader in the field of design, production and assembly of aerial platforms, tow trucks and equipment for special structures.

This transaction represents a further step in KLUBB’s expansion plan: with the acquisition of Isoli – historical partner in Italy since 2004 – the French group will strengthen its territorial penetration in Italy, and on the other hand it will significantly expand its offer in the mobile elevated work platforms for short-term rental.
