Ethica Group with KYIP Capital in the acquisition of the majority of Istituto Volta

Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, KYIP Capital, an independent growth buy-out fund focused on Italian SMEs with high growth potential, in completing the acquisition of the majority of Istituto Volta, the main Italian IT specialization school.

Volta represents the initial platform that KYIP intends to develop in the professional training industry; in fact it is an industry that is still extremely fragmented and with significant room for improvement. KYIP therefore foresees growth of the Volta platform both internally – also thanks to a significant strengthening of the educational offering – and externally, through acquisitions of complementary businesses also through agreements with trade associations and industrial districts.
