Ethica Group with Cronos Capital Partners in the acquisition of the majority of Ksenia Security
Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, Jigen Holding, an investment vehicle participated by Cronos Capital Partners and renowned co-investors, completed the acquisition of the majority of Ksenia Security, an Italian excellence active in the field of security systems, anti-intrusion security, Smart Home and access control.
The transaction aims to support the company’s development path in the forecoming years and to create an investment platform to pursue an aggregation process in the security market, which is currently still very fragmented. In particular, the project aims to expand the product offering, entering adjacent and synergic segments and to internalize key production processes, also through targeted acquisitions.
