Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, La Saponaria, a rapidly growing company from Pesaro, active in the world of organic cosmetics, in the entry in The Organic Consumer Group – TOCG, since 2022 portfolio company of the Belgian family office Damier Group, which aims to become a European leader in the natural and sustainable cosmetics sector.

With the entry of La Saponaria, TOCG further strengthens its position in the Italian market and in the organic channel, acquiring both in-depth product know-how and internal production capacity. With the support of TOCG, La Saponaria will be able to further accelerate its expansion in Italy and abroad, leveraging the group’s network, e-commerce and distribution capabilities.
