Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, White Lab, a leading Italian platform in testing services managed by White Bridge Investments, in completing the acquisition of the majority of Linset, an advanced research and testing center that operates through destructive and non-destructive testing.
Linset joins Testing, Vetorix, QI Composites and Agiometrix in the White Lab business unit specifically dedicated to advanced destructive and non-destructive testing and which today has a unique identity and a wide range of services for its customers in the automotive, motorsport, aeronautical, energy and defense sectors.
