Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, advised Ambienta SGR, one of Europe’s leading private equity firms with a strong focus on environmental sustainability investments, in the completion of the acquisition of Madefrigor, together with its wholly owned subsidiary Tecnica del Freddo, through its portfolio company Glacialis (the new name adopted by the Frigoveneta Group following its recent rebranding). Madefrigor, together with Tecnica del Freddo, is a family-owned business specialized in the design, assembly, installation and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems and air handling units (AHUs).
