Ethica Group with Bracchi (Argos Wityu) in the acquisition of Mateco

Ethica Group, with the M&A Advisory team, assisted Bracchi, a European player in logistics and transport, Argos Wityu portfolio company since the end of 2023, in completing the acquisition of the majority of Mateco, an Italian company specialized in special and heavy transport.

Bracchi entry aims at creating a group playing as the Italian leader in heavy transports.
