Ethica Group with Movex in obtaining a structured loan

Ethica Group, with the Debt Advisory team, assisted Movex, a European leader in the production of chains and modular elements for conveyor handling, in obtaining a structured loan from Muzinich & Co, a private debt fund specializing in corporate credit, with the aim of supporting the investments necessary for the incorporation of a subsidiary in the USA which will allow the company to directly serve the American market.
