Ethica Group with H.I.G. Capital in the acquisition of a controlling share in Naturalia Tantum

Ethica Group, with the M&A and Debt Advisory teams, assisted H.I.G. Capital in entering Naturalia Tantum, an Italian leader active in the natural and organic cosmetics and supplements market controlled by Assietta Private Equity SGR and supported by Paolo Colonna and the Istituto Atesino di Sviluppo, as well as by the founders of the companies gradually acquired over time.

H.I.G.’s entry goal would be pursueing the growth path through the continuation of the buy-and-build strategy, believing that Naturalia Tantum represents the ideal platform for a development project in the sector and that H.I.G. can effectively support the existing management in this next phase of growth with the aim of establishing an Italian and potentially European leader in the beauty & personal care sector in the natural, organic and sustainable segment.
