Ethica Group with Ognibene in the sale to Renold Group
Ethica Group, with its M&A Advisory team, assisted Ognibene S.p.A., a leading Italian player specialized in marketing and assembly of chains for industrial and motorcycle industry, in the sale of a majority stake to Renold Group, a global giant leader in transmission chains design and production.
This transaction represents an exciting opportunity for Renold to develop and implement the brand’s presence in Southern Europe and at the same time to improve and integrate its service offering. The acquisition will also generate over €15 million in revenue for Renold both through the development of new customers and through increased business with the current customer base.
