Ethica Group with Xenon FIDEC in the creation of Orion, a new environmental engineering hub

Ethica Group assisted, with the Debt Advisory team, Xenon FIDEC (Fondo Italiano per la Decarbonizzazione e l’Economia Circolare) in the creation of Orion, a hub for the environmental engineering sector, which includes, in addition to Orion itself, Opus Automazione, Tae and the subsidiary Hydroskop.

The engineering platform starts with an aggregate turnover of over €50 million and a widespread presence on the national territory.

Xenon FIDEC’s objective is to create a European leader in the constant monitoring of air, water and emissions quality, making available a series of services, including the rental of specialized equipment and a calibration laboratory.
