Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, assisted Tikedo, a leading Southern European labels group with approximately €90 million in revenue and part of the White Bridge Investments portfolio, in the acquisition of a majority stake in Confezioni Plax, an Italian company specializing in the flexographic printing of flexible packaging, particularly for the food industry.
