Ethica Group with Newport & Co in the acquisition of ReHa from Health Care Group: Aketis is born
Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, advised Newport & Co, Italy’s first perpetual compounder and the only player in Europe exclusively focused on small-scale corporate carve-outs and non-core divestitures, in the completion of the acquisition of ReHa, the business unit of Home Care Solutions (part of Health Care Group). Following the carve-out and separation from the Group, the business has been established as an independent company under a new brand identity: Aketis.
