Ethica Group alongside the majority shareholder of Relatech in the transaction aimed at delisting the company
Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, Pasquale Lambardi, majority shareholder and managing director of Relatech, in the sale of all his shares to Gemini BidCo S.r.l., a vehicle controlled by the Bregal Unternehmerkapital funds, a leading investment company in Europe.
Subject to the completion of the acquisition of the majority shareholding – held both directly and indirectly by Pasquale Lambardi – Bregal will promote a mandatory full takeover bid on the remaining outstanding shares of Relatech, aimed at delisting the company.
