Ethica Group, with the Debt Advisory team, assisted Ridemovi in ​​obtaining a bank loan, partially assisted by Sace Green, from ICCREA Banca. The financing is intended to support the growth plan and expansion of the micro-mobility services offered by Ridemovi, with the aim of extending its presence in new cities, both in Italy and abroad.

Ridemovi, founded in 2018, is a leading Italian company in shared micro-mobility, offering electric bike-sharing and scooter-sharing services in numerous cities nationally and internationally, promoting sustainable and innovative transport solutions.
