Ethica Group assisted Sestriere Vernici  in obtaining non-repayable contributions and a subsidized loan from the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy within the complex industrial crisis area of ​​Turin

Ethica Group, with the Debt Advisory team, assisted Sestriere Vernici in obtaining a subsidized loan and a non-repayable contribution from the Ministero delle Imprese and Made in Italy.

Sestriere Vernici is a chemical company that produces solvent and water-based paints for both the industrial and construction sectors. To date, the Company is a market leader in “industrial tinting” with cutting-edge know-how in the production of products ranging from the earthmoving industry, heavy and light carpentry, bodywork retouching, industrial floors, machine tools and manufactured articles in metal of any kind.

The benefits, granted as part of the Industrial Reconversion and Redevelopment Project of the complex industrial crisis area of ​​the local labor system of Turin pursuant to Law 181/90, are aimed at supporting a complex investment program that Sestriere Vernici will implement in the three-year period 2024-2026 at the production plant in Nichelino (TO) with the aim of increasing production capacity, making production processes increasingly sustainable and, at the same time, promoting the revival of employment levels in the Turin area.
