Ethica Group, with its M&A Advisory team, advised the shareholders of Sirio, an Italian leading company focused on training and consulting financed through public funded programs and inter-professional funds, in the sale to Vam Investments, a private equity firm specialized in growth and build-up projects.
This sale is aimed at creating an Italian hub for funded training and HR services for businesses, developed through the merger between Sirio and Etjca S.p.A., with aggregate 2024 revenues of approximately €370 million. The group currently employs approximately 15,000 people per month throughout Italy and has a widespread network of operating branches.
