Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, assisted a group specialized in consulting and managing training projects in its sale to Vam Investments, a private equity firm focused on buyout transactions and consolidation platforms.
The transaction is aimed at creating an Italian hub active in funded training and HR services for companies. The platform was established following the acquisition of Etjca S.p.A. and has an aggregated 2024 turnover of approximately €370 million, including payroll administered, revenues from funded training activities, and consulting services.
Today, the group employs around 15,000 people per month across Italy and operates through a nationwide network of branches, ensuring extensive territorial coverage.
