Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, Sochim International, a leading manufacturer of softgel food supplements, in the sale to Naturacare, a European CDMO – supported by DENTRESSANGLE Capital – specialized in the formulation, production and packaging of food supplements aimed at improving human and animal health.
As a European leader with thirty years of experience in food supplements production, Sochim supports the production of Naturacare (which includes four sites in France, Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium) and strengthens its experience in both distribution and sourcing of the best and most safe raw materials. Furthermore, with the entry of Sochim, Naturacare consolidates its position within the top 10 European food supplement contractors and confirms its leadership as a consolidation platform in a growing market.
