Ethica Group with White Lab (WBI) in the acquisition of the majority of Vetorix and QI Composites

Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, White Lab, a leading Italian platform in testing services, managed by White Bridge Investments, in completing the acquisition of the majority of Vetorix and QI Composites, Italian technical consultancy companies specialized in measurements and non-destructive analizes aimed at scientifically describing the quality of structures and components.

Vetorix, with the recently acquired Bolognese company Agiometrix, will join the White Lab business line dedicated exclusively to non-destructive testing on materials, a line which already presents itself to the market with a unique identity and a diversified range of services, with a focus on automotive (in which White Lab is already active after the acquisition of Testing, a national leader in the sector), motorsport, aeronautics and defence.
