Ethica Debt Advisory advised Azimut Benetti Group in obtaining a non-repayable grant and a subsidized loan granted by the Ministry of Economic Development

Azimut Benetti is one of the world’s largest private group in the yachting sector; it is involved in the design, production and commercialization of composite lines, the steel and aluminium luxury yachts from 10 to 100 meters. Started in 1945, today the company employees more the 2000 people and operates in 5 shipyards displaced Italy and Brazil

The financing, granted by the Ministry of Economic Development, consist of a non-repayable grant and a subsidized loan, is intended to support the industrial research and experimental development program scheduled for the three-year period 2017-2019. The financing was granted on the Sustainable Growth Fund pursuant to Legislative Decree no. of October 15, 2014 – Sustainable Industry Call.

The project will allow the company to acquire new knowledge necessary for the development of technologies that allow the Group to maintain its product excellence by improving the energy efficiency, safety and consumption of yachts.
