Ethica Global Investments acquires V.M.C Mottini
Ethica Global Investments has acquired the majority of V.M.C. Mottini, Italian leader in the surface processing of packaging for perfumery, cosmetics and beverages.
V.M.C Mottini, founded in 1997 in Chiuduno (BG), is active in painting, screen printing, hot stamping and sputtering in the luxury segment of packaging for perfumery and cosmetic products, both in glass and plastic.
This acquisition adds up to Verbar, a company active in the coating of glass, metal and plastic, with the aim of creating an Italian industrial hub of reference in the processing of excellence for high-end packaging. The new group is expected to reach a turnover of over € 30 million in the coming years.
