Ethica Group, with the Debt Advisory team, assisted ITAGO, an independent private equity company focused on supporting the growth of Italian SMEs, in the structuring of the loan aimed at the acquisition of the majority stake in Eco-Techno, a leading company in the waste water treatment systems market. waste water, water recycling and recovery of raw materials through the production of evaporation, crystallization and vacuum concentration plants.
The objective of ITAGO, whose industrial plan will be supported by Massimo Peschechera – who has reinvested in the operation and will assume the role of president and CEO, guaranteeing operational continuity – is to accelerate the company’s development project both for internal lines and through the acquisition of specialized synergistic companies that can bring new technological excellence.
