Ethica Group with ICAM in the sale to AKSìA Group
Ethica Group acted, with the M&A Advisory team, as financial advisor in coordinating the entry of Aksìa Group in the capital of ICAM, a company specialized in design and production of automated systems for optimizing logistics within storage solutions, collection, distribution and sale of materials and goods.
Aksìa’s entry is aimed at consolidating its competitive positioning and accelerating business growth both on the domestic and international markets. The development plan also envisages the strengthening of commercial and distribution networks, the strengthening of the management team and the expansion of the product range. The final goal will be to reach new markets – with a focus on the USA – also through a targeted M&A activity and a buy-and-build strategy aimed at expanding the product portfolio.
