Ethica Group with Tikedo in the acquisition of Modulgraf

Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, Tikedo, a leading platform in southern Europe in the labeling sector, already part of White Bridge Investments portfolio, in the acquisition of Modulgraf, an Italian company specialized in the design, production and distribution of high quality self-adhesive labels for the wine sector.

The transaction is part of a larger project driven by White Bridge Investments, launched last March with the acquisition of Tikedo, that aims to create a European labelling hub.
