Ethica Global Investments announces the acquisition of a minority share of the share capital of Regenyal and Phitogen Beauty Labs, through the holding company RP Group, a leading group in the design, production and marketing of medical devices based on hyaluronic acid.
Ethica Global Investments aims to support RP Group and its shareholders in an ambitious development project, both at an organic level with managerial strengthening, the development of its own brand and the expansion of the markets in which the group currently operates, and externally through the possibility of acquiring target companies operating in the same sector and capable of consolidating RP Group’s product portfolio and positioning.
