Ethica Global Investments sells its minority stake in Biemme

Techvision, an industrial sub-holding focused on the eyewear accessories segment 39.5% owned by Ethica Global Investments, has sold 100% of Biemme, a company operating in surface finishing (galvanic and painting) for metal components in luxury and premium segments.

The acquisition was completed by a club deal in partnership with the management, with the aim of giving stability to the business by focusing on organic growth and organizational strengthening.
