Ethica Global Investments Decorluxe Group continues to grow – the first step towards the internationalization of the Group
Ethica Global Investments, announces that the Decorluxe Group has completed its first international acquisition.
In fact, continuing with the build-up project, the Decorluxe Group has acquired 100% of Decorlux Project S.r.l., a company based in Oradea, Romania, active in decorations for cosmetic packaging.
This transaction represents a strategic decision for the Decorluxe Group, which thus expands its presence in Eastern Europe and begins a path of internationalization.
