Ethica Group, with its M&A Advisory team, assisted the shareholders of Bluclad, an Italian company specializing in development and production of electroplating solutions for the luxury sector, being a LBO France portfolio company since 2018, in the sale to YKK Corporation, a Japanese group and world leader in closure systems and accessories (zippers and zipper pulls) production.
