Ethica Group supports Alimenta Produzioni shareholders in the transaction with Fondo Italiano d’Investimento
Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, advised Alimenta Produzioni, an Italian company producing piadinas, pinsas and regional savory baked specialties, in the sale of a majority stake to Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR. The transaction, which was done through Fondo Italiano Agri&Food – FIAF, a sector vehicle dedicated to supporting excellence in the national agri-food supply chain, is being carried out in partnership with the current management team, which will remain at the helm and participate in the investment to support the company’s medium- to long-term growth.
