Eurofeu acquires PIGHI. Ethica Group advisor on the transaction
Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, acted as advisor in the acquisition of PIGHI by Eurofeu, a European leader in fire safety – owned by IK Partners since 2024.
The transaction, which will bring the Group’s workforce to over 2,400 employees, enables Eurofeu’s entry into the Italian market, which the Group currently lacks, and further strengthens its growth and consolidation strategy in the fire safety sector at the European level. Eurofeu will also benefit from PIGHI’s solid positioning, widespread local presence and relationships with leading customers in various industrial sectors, from large-scale retail to pharmaceuticals, chemicals and food.
