Sfinge Etichette

Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, advised Tikedo, a leading Southern European label group with approximately €100 million in revenues and part of the White Bridge Investments portfolio, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Sfinge Etichette, an Italian company specializing in the production of self-adhesive labels.

With the addition of Sfinge Etichette, Tikedo increases the number of its production facilities to ten across Italy and the Republic of San Marino. The transaction further strengthens Tikedo’s presence in Central Italy and expands its manufacturing capacity in the labels sector.
