Roberto Liguori

Roberto joined Ethica Group M&A Advisory team in 2021. He previously worked in the M&A and Capital Debt Advisory practice in Italy of EY where he supported entrepreneurs, investment funds and corporates in the execution of M&A transactions. Roberto had a relevant experience of deals in Pharma and Healthcare, Consumer Goods and Industrial sectors. He started his career in 2015 through the Graduate Program of the Strategy and Transactions department of EY. He made a secondment at Illimity Bank and holds a Master of Science in Finance at Bocconi University in Milan.
