MEC – DIESEL

Ethica Group with CEI in the partnership with MEC-DIESEL

Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, CEI, Italian leader in the production of spare parts for trucks, buses and commercial vehicles, already part of the White Bridge Investments portfolio, in the acquisition of MEC-DIESEL, one of the major European suppliers of engine spare parts in the Independent Aftermarket (IAM).

The new group, which also includes the respective Italian subsidiaries LEMA and CRD, in which White Bridge Investments will be the majority shareholder, will count on eight companies located in four countries, with approximately €220 million in turnover and over 500 employees. The group will have the size and structure necessary to compete globally, leveraging the quality, technical preparation and service excellence that have always distinguished the group companies.
