Ethica Group with Zanotta in the sale to Cassina of the Haworth Lifestyle Design group
Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, Zanotta, a historic Italian company operating in the high-end segment and internationally renowned for its iconic furnishings, in the sale to Cassina, design icon in the world since 1927, part of the group Haworth Lifestyle Design. Cassina will coordinate Zanotta’s activities and future development plan.
Zanotta is today one of the most represented, recognizable and iconic design companies also thanks to its 330 products present in 56 museums around the world, and thanks to the 4 ADI Compasso d’Oro received in its career. Zanotta operates in both the residential and contract markets and is present in over 700 specialized stores in 50 countries around the world.
