Ethica Corporate Finance advised the management and the shareholders of Atlantic Stars in the disposal of a majority stake to Alcedo SGR.

Atlantic Stars is an emerging Italian brand of “Made in Italy” sneakers, positioned in the premium segment. The brand employs a distribution network of around 500 multi-brand stores as well as various corner and “shop-in-shop” in Italy and in international markets like Japan and Korea. Added to these, Atlantic Star owns a showroom in Milan and a flagship store in Tokyo.
The production is entirely Made in Italy, partly managed at the Fucecchio site (near Florence) and for the rest at selected local footwear factories.
