Ethica Global Investments acquired GIA S.p.A., the Italian leader in fixing systems

Ethica Global Investments acquired GIA S.p.A., the Italian leader in the designing, manufacturing and distribution of fixing systems with a premium positioning.

Based in Trecate (Novara), GIA spent the latest 40 years patenting innovative solutions in order to improve both quality and efficiency when working at the building site, with a special focus on the hydro-thermo-sanitary field.

The CEO Fabrizio Pasquini said that, under the guidance of the new ownership, the company plans to make acquisitions, starting from the following year, to widen its product portfolio and consolidate the leadership in the domestic market.
