Ethica Debt Advisory assisted Livanova Group in the process to obtain a non-repayable grant and a soft loan from the Ministry of Economic Development.

Ethica Debt Advisory assisted Sorin Group Italia, Livanova Group, in the process to obtain a non-refundable grant and a soft loan from the Ministry of Economic Development to support an industrial research and experimental development program planned for 2019-2021. The facility was granted under the Sustainable Growth Fund and the Revolving Fund for Entrepreneurship pursuant to the Ministerial Decree of October 15, 2014 and subsequent calls for proposals for Sustainable Industry.

The research and development project has been designed to increase the Group’s competitiveness within the heart valve sector by developing and significantly improving the production process of tissue valve prostheses.
