Ethica Debt Advisory advised Safety 21 in the acquisition of Multiservizi

Ethica Debt Advisory acted as financial advisor to Safety21 Group in a financing transaction related to its client’s acquisition of Multiservzi.

Ethica Debt Advisory helped Safety21 Group to obtain acquisition finance, a refinancing line for existing debt and a Revolving Credit Facility from UBI and Banco BPM.

With the acquisition of Multiservizi, Safety21 Group has expanded its range of services to support local public bodies, with the aim of improving the outsourcing management of administrative acts, both in Italy and abroad, and international credit collection.
