Ethica Corporate Finance advised the shareholders of Oasi Medica in the sale of the majority to Primo Group
Ethica Corporate Finance advised the shareholders of Medidental, which manages a network of 11 clinics under the Oasi Medica brand, in the sale of a majority stake to Primo Group, backed by the private equity fund Aksìa. Claudio Semperboni, founder of Medidental, will continue to operate in the company and maintain a minority share in the Group along with the other Medidental’s shareholders.
Founded in 1998, Medidental operates a chain of 11 clinics located in the Piemonte region which offer odontology as well as specialized medicine treatments, physiotherapy and robotic rehabilitation.
The acquisition will enable Oasi Medica to enter in a consolidated network with a widespread presence in the Italian market such as Primo Group, which will count circa 70 clinics post acquisition, by providing its specific know-how in the management of polyclinics, thanks to over 20 years of experience.
