Ethica Debt Advisory advised HLD in the structuring of the acquisition of S3K S.p.A.
Ethica Group advised the Italian team of HLD in the acquisition of the majority stake in S3K S.p.A., a leading company in Italy in the definition and implementation of solutions in the areas of Security & Intelligence, Cybersecurity and IT infrastructure protection. The Ethica team acted as buy-side coordinator of the transaction and the advised in the structuring of the financing signed by the US debt fund Pricoa Private Capital.
S3K, was born from the implementation of an innovative model of horizontal aggregation of industrial excellences, which led the group to establish itself as a one-stop-shop in services related to the security of IT infrastructures and an Italian reference operator in the field of IT security, with a turnover of over € 60 million, over 500 professionals and a widespread presence throughout the Italian territory.
