Ethica Group acted as financial advisor of the transaction concerning the acquisition of Centro C by Typos Holding, portfolio company of Star Capital SGR.
Founded in Brescia in 1984, Centro C is an Italian player active in the market of Managed Print Services and Managed Content Services. As of today, Centro C manages over ~3,600 printing equipment and acts as a main partner in the digital transformation of Italian SMEs.
Gamma S.p.A., established in Verona in 1985, is the leading supplier of office printing systems and services. Gamma, part of Star Capital SGR portfolio, is aiming at the creation of an industrial platform in the sector.
Gamma and Centro C are expected to report approx. €15 mln revenues in 2021, with more than 50 employees and a widespread presence, mainly in the North of Italy.
