Ethica Group advised Colombini Group on the acquisition of the majority of Bontempi Casa Group (B 4 Living S.p.A.), based in the Marche region, active in the Furniture & Design sector, providing living and sleeping area accessories, through the brands “Bontempi Casa” and “Ingenia”. Ethica acted as buy-side coordinator of the transaction and advised the structuring of the financing underwritten by Banco BPM.

Founded in 1963, the Bontempi Casa Group represents a historical brand in the Italian panorama of the production of furniture solutions. The acquisition is part of the Colombini Group’s wider strategy of consolidation in the Furniture & Design sector, aimed at creating a leading leading player in Italy. Colombini Group is already owning, among others, the well-known brands Febal Casa and Rossana.
