Ethica Group assisted ProA Capital on the acquisition of RE.LE.VI. S.p.A.
Ethica Group advised the Spanish Private Equity ProA Capital in the acquisition of Relevi S.p.A., from PM & Partners. Ethica’s team acted as buy-side coordinator of the transaction and advised the structuring of the financing underwritten by a pool of banks consisting of UniCredit – in the role of Lead Arranger -, Banco BPM and Crédit Agricole Italia.
Founded in 1960, Relevi has established itself as the leading Italian player in the market for the private label supply of detergents, deodorants and insecticides, for a wide range of customers covering, apart from Italy, Spain, France, Germany and United Kingdom.
