Ethica Debt Advisory advised Dolomiti Energia, a company operating in the field of energy services in the province of Trento, in the structuring of a financing directly provided by the European Investment Bank and partially guaranteed by SACE.

Dolomiti Energia is present in over 200 municipalities in Trentino with 1.300 employees. It is leader in Trentino in the businesses related to energy products with 85% of the electricity market and 80% of that gas, being also active in the field of integrated water services, cogeneration and district heating, renewable energy and environmental services.

The Group produces energy from hydroelectric sources with 20 large plants and 7 small-scale power plants and operates nationwide in the sale of natural gas and energy from a certified 100% renewable source.

The financing will allow the Trentino multi-utility to develop the electricity and natural gas distribution networks, as well as to improve efficiency and increase the production capacity of some of the hydroelectric plants that the Group controls in the province of Trento.
