Ethica Debt Advisory advised Fenicia in structuring a financing provided by Simest
La Fenicia is a clothing company operating in the field of shirts that produces and distributes through Camicissima brand. In 2010, the company reported a turnover of over 42€M, with an increase of about 18% compared to 2009.
The funding provided by Simest aims at supporting the international development of the brand.
Fabio Candido, Group’s CEO, said: “The retail development program continues both in Italy and abroad, we want to continue the expansion in the United States with the opening of 20 stores within the next 5 years. In addition, 15 new retails stores are planned for the Middle East in 2011”.
