Ethica Corporate Finance advised Wise SGR in the sale of the majority of SPII to Schaltbau

SPII is an Italian company active in the production of manoeuvring benches, control panels, combiners and isolators for the railway sector and offers engineering and maintenance services.

Schaltbau GmbH is a German group, listed in Frankfurt and Munich, leading provider of components and systems in the transport technology as well as in the capital goods sector.
