Ethica Corporate Finance advised Marposs in the acquisition of the German company Brankamp

Marposs is a company active in the supply of precision instruments for the dimensional and geometric measurement of mechanical parts in the production environment. Today Marposs employs around 2.400 people in 80 locations in 21 countries worldwide.

Brankamp, ​​founded in 1977, produces a wide range of instruments and monitoring and control systems for applications on deformation machines for the automotive sector.

The president of Marposs, Stefano Possati, commented: “This new operation will lead to the creation of a pole that will hold a position of global leadership in a market complementary to the Marposs’ typical one. Acquiring quality companies is a mean we will continue to use in addition to our strong R&D activity within the company”.
